The Fitzgerald provides classic, traditional European accommodation in its design and services. Pristine care, lots of sunlight, comfortable appointments and a courteous, professional staff are immediately obvious when you walk through the door, and reminded me of a pleasant small hotel I once stayed at in Dublin. Though the rooms are not large, they have been newly renovated, and provide the comfort of a higher priced hotel, without the cost. Accents include pine armoire, T.V., new bathrooms, and complimentary continental breakfast. They are two blocks away from free use of an indoor, 27 yard lap pool & fitness center. Two blocks from the theater district, six blocks to China Town, and a two block walk to Union Square shops. They provide same day laundry valet service.
