Mona
Lisa $
Mona Lisa Ristorante is a
family owned and operated
Italian restaurant that
is possibly the best kept
secret in San Francisco.
They have a very
extensive menu of pastas,
housemade pizza, and
antipasti. Each dish is
lovingly prepared with
great flavor and
artistry. We think this
is the best pizza in
North Beach. Sidewalk
dining.

Vino
e Cucina $
Close to the new Pac Bell
Ballpark and Moscone
Center. Vino e Cucina has
warm Italian style that
feels like a home away
from home. Within 2
blocks of the Factory
Outlet shops, and a short
walk from the downtown,
their menu of Italian
dishes offers an
excellent antipasti plate
to start, or Calamari
Fritti with a Tuscan
bread salad. Great
Lasagna Arrotolate
(rolled spinach lasagna
filled with prosciutto,
gruyere & parmesan
cheeses, spinach, and
baked in a 4 cheese creme
sauce). They also serve a
perfectly grilled top
sirloin with green
peppercorns, rosemary
& red wine sauce,
(Tagliata Papata).
