San Francisco Review
PRESS
RELEASE:
A wonderful, new
boutique hotel has opened its doors in
San Francisco. The Orchard
Garden Hotel, has been built,
from the ground up, as a 'Green' hotel,
the first of its kind in the U.S:
"...built to the nationally accepted
standards for green buildings developed
by the U.S. Green Building Council."
So, why is this so
wonderful? Well... viewing this from the
perspective of seeking out the best
boutique hotel lodging in San Francisco,
irrespective of anything other than
style, comfort, location, service and
amenities, this is what we found to be
true.
The rooms are
superb. Beautifully designed, they are
luxurious, with soothing, earth toned
colors, no artificial fabrics, (only
chemical free cleaning products are
used), soft ergonomically correct
mattresses and feather pillows with 100%
combed cotton bedding. Each room is
deluxe, including high-speed internet
connection with WIFI access, an LCD flat
panel T.V. that has a DVD & CD
player, coffee/tea maker, honor bar,
in-room safe, dual-line cordless phone.
Bath products are organic, towel's are
100% thick, cotton. Terry cloth robes are
also provided. Each morning of your stay
includes a European-style buffet
breakfast in their restaurant. There is a
roof-top garden at the top and full
restaurant service on the ground level.
As for location,
it couldn't be better. Situated directly
across from the China Town Gate, 3 blocks
from Union Square and all the major
department stores, including Tiffany's,
Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom's in the San
Francisco shopping center, Macy's and
many upscale european designer shops.
Walking distance from the cable cars, the
Financial District and North Beach, and
walking distance to the theatre district;
the Curran, ACT and Best of Broadway.
Need to park a car? There are convenient
garages around Union Square.
Service and
amenities would have to be on par with
the Garden's 'sister hotel', The Orchard on
Bush, always a
winner. The Garden Hotel has another
unique service feature. They debut San
Francisco's first guest room Key Card,
energy control system.
Rates are
extremely reasonable and we review this
as a Best Buy hotel at $135.00 to $169.00
per night.
Reservations are
already being taken, and we suggest you
hurry to book. This is only an 86 room
hotel and there is bound to be a flurry
of booking activity for this great new
find. Ask about their 'Special
Packages" for shopping and spa
offers, always a great way to go if your
into the best experience possible in a
San Francisco, luxury boutique hotel.
A final note: This
is a hotel that also caters to the
business traveler. Check out their
meeting facilities and rental of board
room equipment and small meeting
services.
