ear and turned it into the silk purse.
Live/Work space is expensive and hard to find, due to
the city zoning priorities and high rent. The city's
zoning laws also need an upgrade. Near the Farmer's
Market held once a week and Civic Center. Walking
distance from Union Square. Muni streetcars, bus and
Bart stops right outside your door.
They
keep their rental spaces clean. Average rent runs
$700. more or less. Listings change frequently.
San

reasonable, bare-bones alternative for some years to
those who are seeking a month to month or longer
rental in a transitional space.
